6.5 smokes

I've got a 95 6.5 in a bread truck. White smoke heavy until warmed. The guy I bought it from said the glow plugs and controller were replaced. Runs okay, 65-70 on highway(big body 25') Only has 132,000 on engine. Thoughts?

Start by checking the plugs - always a good place to start, even if they've been recently replaced.
