We are collecting all the items required to change out the 4L80E to an NV4500.
With this operation, a new motor is being built with mechanical IP.
Outside of the motor requirements, we have acquired most of the main components (trans/bell housing/clutch cylinders/etc.)

Can anyone provide information on the following items as this transmission is applied to a 96' to 01' chassis ? The target vehicle is a 2000

If you don't get the response you need here, try this link http://drivetrain.com/ I have talked to Dave at ext 144 IIRC. He seamed to realy know what was what with these transmisions and the provide any and all parts you might need. They ship quickly and their prices are good too!

And NO, I don't work there. Only used their part and been happy with them. My brother got a conversion for his jeep from them too. Everything he needed was there and fit. :D

A couple of other places to check out for you;
www.newventuregear.com
www.JBConversions.com
www.hig-impact.net
www.advanceadapters.com
For the single mass flywheel you will need (should get) a vibration dampner fo the output shaft. Also you didn't say where the NV4500 came from if it was a Chevy no problem, Dodge you will need another adaptor between the bellhousing and motor. The input and output shafts are a different size than Chevy's.

You should check the numbers, they should at least be the same weight I think.

Another source would be Quad4x4 (http://www.quad4x4.com/) or Novak (http://www.novak-adapt.com/knowledge/nv4500.htm).

Just wanted to say I've dealt with Dan at Quad4x4 and they've been most helpful.
