What leak to look for with intake off?
Trying to find a stumble and hiccup problem
Hiccuping since I bought it a year ago
about every 4 hours and no any for a week or 1 every hour or 1 hiccup every day. No set pattern.

Stumbling and stalls at start just started about 2 weeks ago. Was getting are in the lines at a Perma Cool filter removed that. Check the filter canister changed the orings and checked the hose to the top of the IP.

I'm going to pull the intake today to see if there is anything leaking in there I can see a little bit of residue but it's really hard to tell.

Is there anything to look for in and problems with pulling the intake?

I'm down to 1 car again so only 1 trip to the parts store.

Pull codes & post (see Members Area, DTC Trouble Codes for proceedure).
Also see Members Area Stalling article for check list on stalling/missing/hard starts diagnosis. Gives a good systematic diagnostic process.
If you are getting increased 'missing' I would bet on FSD if no codes, IP if codes 35, 36 (but I'd try a new FSD B4 new IP), unless of course its one of the simpler OPS, lift pump type items in the Stalling checklist.
