In Cab Filter Location?

Can anyone tell me how to replace the in cab filter on my 2003 DM GMC?

Assuming there is one! Napa sold me a filter so maybe I'm a sucker?!

I was going to say I think they forgot to put one in mine. (admittingly I haven't looked) Even on recirc. mode I can smell every nasty running vehicle in front of me... One thing that GM is weak on is not letting in outside air.
