The only thing that I noticed is that if you kind of read between the lines they are claiming that the engines were only run on test stands. Read further down and they say that they are disassembled and checked and rebuilt. I think what they have are a bunch of military engines that they have purchased. The military commonly stores rebuilt engines in shipping crates after they have been run on test stands. So I would guesss that they have purchased a bunch of these and are rebuilding them and reselling them. Still probably cheaper than you could do yourself
