found turbo set up for my truck good/bad?

here is the info i have for the turbo set-up i found . the guy is telling me it was on his 82 6.2 suburban, i have a 83 6.2 20 series p/u. is this setup any good?

here is the info for a few items in the kit.

roto master high flo
a-r85
104347or1 on the turbo
turbo charger by eba something cant read the rest its behind a bolt

turbo serial # is 511243
model # is to4brm14

If you got all the goodies you should be good to go.
I am not familiar with that unit.
Did you get the exhaust crossover and the manifold for the RH side of the engine?
What sort of air hat does it use?
Independant air cleamer or does this unit use the factory one sitting back up top.
Turbo oil feed and drain back??
Any EGT or boost gauges? a real must to have!!

its kinda strange . it has the passanger side manifold with the tubo on it near the front of the truck. crossover is suposed to go around the front of the engine to the stock minifold. that pipe isnt there , id have to make one. the air cleaner sits on top of a hat with 2 pipes going to it . there are no guages id need to buy some. but there seems to be 2 places for a guage.
