I don't have a clue if this pic is going to post or not. But, if you can see it, is the spot where the yellow is the spot where I need to tap for my boost hose for my gauge? I was told today it is. I am just so clueless I want to ask some more people. Thanks. Hope it works.

Trying to understand turbo operation. Is the turbo system on the Dmax air or water intercooler? When someone says install the boost connection on the intake, are they talking the turbo intake or the engine intake manifold? There is an aluminum pipe that comes up from the passenger side of engine. It comes up from what looks like the bottom of the radiator. It has sensors mounted on it at the top of line before it drops into the engine. This line is the one I was told to tap for my boost connection. They said it is pre turbo. Is this correct? I will get pic posted somehow tonight. I thought that line was filled with coolant, but I am not sure if it is air to air intercooler or water. Geeze, this is showing just how lame I am. Thanks for all your help.

Does the boost go inside the box in the picture? Thanks

Some guys do it there, but I can't stand it there. The tube needs to loop around and just looks sloppy. I follow the intake to te next plenum in line. I remove the plenum and drill in the rear face of it. This routes the tube out under the intake tune out of sight and a simple long radius bend to get to the cab.

I only have the LLY pictured, but it's similar concept. Takes time, but works quite well.
