No anti-drainback valve?

Getting ready for an oil change and decided to go with the 2qt filter so I picked up a Napa 1794. I noticed that is does not have an anti-drainback valve. I am concerned that everything in the oil cooling circuit will drain back into the pan while after I shut down.

Thoughts?

Well, I searched through a lot of old postings and it seems that as long as the filter is vertical, then it is OK. So, I'm going to give it a shot.
