Folks,

I have rebuilt the injector pump on my 83CC. Now it's time to reassemble everything.

Is there an optimal order to put the injector lines back on? I would like for them to look factory. Last gut who worked on the injector lines put them on in such an order that most of them looked distressed. I had at least 2 lines cross each other on the way to the injectors.

I am planning to start at the bottom of the pump for ease of wrenching on it.

Hmmmm
Interesting issue.
I have always removed them and left the lines clamped in the sets that were in from the factory.
I always mark them as they come off too.

Definately you need to install the lines so you can get at the toughies.
I use a crow foot and a 3/8 break bar for some of the tough ones and it gives a bit more advantage than a regular wrench.

You should be able to lay them all in place and they should all look cozy.

If someone has done a mix and match or replaced some they may have some that dont belong where they are supposed to go.

All the lines are the same length to keep cylinder to cylinder timing the same BUTTTT

You may want to see if you can fine another engine to compare your lines too and then get things on track again.

Good luck
