I have a 1994 Suburban 2500. The two ground wires on the passenger frame were found broken and one loose. The broken one was still grounded to the bell housing on one bolt. Where precisely do these two ground wires need to be connected? I can find no place that the second one should have been connected. Past forums indicate possibly to the firewall but I cannot find a bolt stud to connect to.

Basically, the engine should be grounded to both the cab and to the frame. The engine to frame strap is larger than the engine to cab strap.

There's also a wiring harness ground at the rear of the passenger side cylinder head. These electronic diesels need those grounds....
