LBZ cab-chassis value?

I need to sell my '07 Classic cab-chassis with flatbed/gooseneck body, but I want to figure out a fair price before I advertise. Does anyone know where I can value such a truck?

As a point of reference - in June, I paid 28K for a very clean silver 2006 K3500 reg cab/chassis flatbed gooseneck hauler setup with 28,000 miles, LS cloth package with rubber matt floors, pushbutton 4WD, extendable towing mirrors.

18 months ago, $23K for a 2002 K2500 longbox extended cab with 125K miles...

Used Duramax's are getting cheaper and easier to find. I'd love to buy new, but the numbers don't work for my business.
