I know this subject has been covered 100 times, but please one more time. I have an 88 chevy 6.2. with some minor mods. I want to try turing the fuel up a little. I know its in the trottle arm side of the IP. But due I need to take the little cover off with the two 1/4 screws or is it the 1/2 bolt in back of the throttle arm? Pics would be great if any one has one. I know only about1/6 to 1/8 of a turn. Thanks for you help and continuing education.

You are not messing with the arm or any of the linkage.
The fuel screw is in the rotary part of the head.
There is a good article here at the page on how to do it.
You can also remove the little triangle shaped plate on the RH side of the IP and do it there.
If you remove the top be VEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERY careful and be sure you get the top back on with the linkage set correctly and that when the ign is turned off and on that you hear a good audible click.
If things get out of sink you can get a runaway with no way to shut it off.

Read the article as it is very detailed on the procedure.
