After this last set of injectors, I have a set of used ones left over. Are they worth anything or do I have a set of expensive paper weights?

They are worth $100 each for a core from GM. So I would say they are worth something...

It might be worth the $800 just to have your old ones back - just so you could chuck them against the shop wall and vent...

There are a number of shops that will rebuild them. You could get them rebuilt to stock or a performance level.

Having a set ready to put in means not as much "downtime" if the next set fails...

In case you decide to get some extra flow, I'd be careful with how much extra flow you get, unless you are planning to build up the motor. Lousy fuel mileage, poor driveability and tons 'o smoke result if not matched correctly) I'm sure Kennedy or another high-po tuner here can shed some light on the issue with the Duramaxes. I suggest lots of research if you decide to go that route - I'm barely scratching the surface.

The older Dodges saw rather large HP gains from a new set of injectors.

Of course, this assumes your old ones are rebuildable.
