Found new block

I found a new block at a local dealer, he can't find any info on this engine, what year etc. We found these numbers in the block, 12555506 - F 149 - 12562492. There was a sticker on the head, number GJ 9. The old part number for this engine was 12457643, and the new number is 88894130.

The F149 code, if it was at the back of the block behind the passenger side head deck, means that it was cast on June 14, 1999.
