Swap Mirrors for a 2000 Chevy 1500

I have a set of mirrors from a 2005 Chevy 1500 (heated, turn arrow) that I got from a guy today. Will this fit my 2000 Suburban? I am interested in swapping for the safety feature of the embedded turn arrow but I am uncertain if the 2000 model can / will accommodate the turn signal wiring. GM didn't wire a 2000 model for signals, that I am aware. Is there a way to make the turn signal work?

The current mirrors on the 2000 are heated (thus wired for heat and power adjust).

i believe Denalis and Escalades came with the option of the turn signals in the mirrors, wiring might be there for it also
