Hi everybody;

Ken, from North Carolina. I've got a beautiful 1994 2500 extended cab w/8ft. box. If I can figure out how to pics on this computer I'll post some (ain't real good with computers). Love my truck and darn sure can't afford a Duramax. So far I've got a FSD cooler and a cold air intake.

A few questions that maybe somebody can help with.

Best mods to help mileage and power? Want more power but, $3.40/gal - ouch!

Anyone running propane? Any good?

Tunability besides chips?

Overdrives? I occasionaly tow a 8,000 lb camper but, mostly run lightly loaded.

Anyone ever build a twin turbo 6.5L?

Thanks for reading and talk to you later.
Ken

Welcome to the forum, neighbor. If you plan on chipping it make sure you do a search on some of the mods you should make to keep things cool. The only real modification I have made is a 3" Banks exhaust system from the turbo back and tow a 7.5K 5th wheel with no trouble, but I know it's there. Mileage unloaded and my gearing gets me around 17 city / 21 hwy, towing 10-13 depending on terrain.
