who offers a good reasonable priced system. i would like to keep at least 3'', but 4'' would be nice

There are some exhaust distributors that pre-bend systems for exhaust shops to stock and buy from. Most shops make their own stuff though.

Not sure off hand whose going to have a system that'll fit the truck for a bolt-on configuration.

Banks makes a "Power Pack" system that is 3" Mandrel for the 6.2 in many different chassis. Last time I checked it was still available. Not sure on the price currently.

For a reasonably priced system, you'll have to evaluate what's reasonable to pay. I paid $650 for a custom exhaust system for an '86 2WD Long Bed 1/2 ton pickup to have 3.5" (with muffler) from the Banks Turbo downpipe back. Some might find that un-reasonable, it was a little high, but I got what I wanted and it's well-done system, using all mandrel bends (that's some of the expense).
