Loud cackling and knocking at start up. Hx.= last year a new IP pump that has worked well. Last month a hard starting problem occurred and I replaced controller and glow plugs. I now start properly but have a noticable change in the sound of starting. Cackles and knocks loud enough to startle a person. It does quite when warm and run well. The vehicle is a 1993 6.5L TD. I am stupified. Thanks for any info. HGM
