Hey All,
New burban is working out good.
First code set. Was pulling my trailer...from a dead stop, traffic coming and stomped on it.
Service Engine soon light came on and stayed on.
It went out the next day while compression braking down a mountain.
Went to autozone. They read the code.. A PO 260, Something about a super boost sensor.
I went to the DTC page and couldnt find it listed. Would appreciate help.
Of note: Quite a bit of black smoke coming out my tailpipe while climbing the mountain.
I did replace the air filter today...It looked pretty plugged. Put in a K&N.
Should I wait to see if the code comes back? From what I have read, the black smoke indicates lack of air. Do I perhaps have a turbo that is not putting out enough boost as well? Newbie questions I know.
