CODE 24 on a 95 K3500, what is the most common problem. VSS circuit low voltage. I watch the scanner and the input signal is there, but output signal is very irratic, jumps around. truck will hold first then bang hard into second and stay there as default. I looked at the sensor wiring at the t?case looks ok. I am suspectin either a reluctor ring broken or loose or could it be a loose tailshaft bushing? the speedo works, but dosent start moving till about 10-12 mph... what have you guys seen? I am going to jump the pigtail to the rear speed sensor on the trans and see what happens. if problem goes away i have pin pointed the problem area. let me know if any of this makes sense, thanks for your time,
