Just recently my turn signals in the truck have been blinking crazy fast. So, I had someone check the turn signals in the back. When I turned the right turn signal on the front blinks just fine, but the back blinks on both the right and left. When I turn the left turn signal on, only the left light blinks. when I press on the brakes, the blinkers in the cab blink normally. So, am I safe in assuming that one of the lights in the right rear are bad or going bad? Or is there a wiring issue?

It's likely the trailering harness has shorted or the right/rear assy has burned (not too uncommon). If it were a bad bulb, the right/rear wouldn't work at all, signal or brakes.

Time for a blinker fluid change?

Seriously it sounds like a wiring problem to me.

Check the frame ground in the back. (Follow the harness from the tail lights to the ground point.)
