6.5L & 4L80E installed together?

I am currently rebuilding a 6.5 turbo & have also overhauled the 4L80E tranny. I removed them separately but I would like to reinstall together as a unit. The truck is a 95 4x4 extended cab. Can I do this or is it better to install them separately?

Sure, it can be done. I'd not attach the transfer case though. I usually install the big pieces separately because I do it alone, and it's easier for one person to install the engine by itself.
