Fog light / cargo light switch compatabilty 1996 and 1999

I was wondering if the factory switches from the 99-2000 models would fit in the blanks(dash) of my 1996 suburban? The fog light / cargo light switch will fit my needs perfectly.

Want to use the cargo light switch to run a pair of rear facing aux LED work lights off my rear load bars. Will eventually get a set of fog / aux driving lights for the front.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
