Welcome aboard!
P0768 = Solenoid D fault. Open circuit, low voltage, or short to ground for 50 milliseconds.
Could be a bad solenoid. Probably not. More likely a fouled connector. Disconnect the main tranny connector, clean both ends, grease them (dielectric grease), and reinstall. If it continues, you can check the resistance of the solenoid (through the connector), and verify clean voltage w/o a short. I don't have the diagram in front of me, so I can't tell you which pins to check or the solenoid resistance range. Usually, a connector cleaning cures it.

It could be anywhere. A voltage drop or a short could cause the code, although is should be showing up in a bunch of places (other codes). Start at the tranny connector and work your way up.
For a schematic, check out www.alldatadiy.com. It's an online service/maintenance manual subscription service. The online manual is the same as the helminc.com manual, which is what you find in the dealer shops (in print). It will also have diagnostic steps for troubleshooting.
