I Have Missing Pins In My Aldl Connector

I read the part about what pins to jump to 'flash out' any error codes but the next to last pin in the top row is missing.

Help, please.

Wrong year, wrong plug....

Only works on ODB-1 vehicles, through '95 in this case.
