hi all, new to the forums. heres my truck. 1996 chevy 2500 6.5td. auto, its got 4" exhaust no muffler or cats. cold air intake, new performance turbo, running 15psi, 3'' lift. 35" bf goodrich mud terrain tires.

Nice looking rig. If you can feed that air filter from outside the engine compartment, you'll make MORE POWER. With no intercooler, the 6.5L needs all the cool fresh air it can suck.

Nice truck! Looks good with the 3" lift. Vancouver is nice too! Been there many times...

I was raised and live in BC myself... so welcome to the board!

You have the same era truck as I do, yours is a tad taller. I had a lifted 77 Dodge Power Wagon similar to yours once... my wife hated the climb up into it ;).

Nice looking truck! One warning about the filter set up. I have had the same set up for about a year now and just recently noticed that the plastic has cracked under the breather hole. Until I can figure out what I am going to replace it with I have patched it, though I don't expect that to hold very long. I think the heat, oil, and vibration take its toll on the plastic tubing.
