Has anyone put on a FS2500 bypass filter on an Allison 1000? This is for a GMC 2003. I am stuck on the bulkhead fitting that goes into the PTO cover. It's a weird fitting and I can't figure out how it attaches to the cover. At least not enough to take a chance. I have installed the engine oil bypass filter and they had great instructions and pictures but they fall short for their Allison install.
