The G.M. Dealer that I've dealt with since the truck was new has said that I likely need a new injection pump as the engine will die suddenly. I have 290000 km's on the truck and the pump was changed once at about 155000 km's. They have suggested a new pump OR a rebuilt pump. Is it recommended to stay away from a re-built pump (about1/2 the $$$$ ) Any suggestions are appreciated.
