My trusty Actron CP9135 is not CAN compliant without a software upgrade that costs as much as a new CP9175. Therefore, I'm going to upgrade to something that reads streaming data. I'm particularly interested in my injector balance numbers. Which models would you suggest? Budget is a factor so no $3000.00 Mark I Whammydynes!!
Thanx!

Buy a Predator tuner for your particular model. You get streaming engine data, basic trouble code reading/clearing, and three levels of power tune to boot...

If you buy used, make sure it is a model that does not VIN lock...early year models did.

I second what Mark said.... Get Predator programmer for your LB7. Unfortunately, the LB7 Predator programmers VIN lock to the truck it's first installed on, while the LLY and newer don't. However, you can send it to Diablo to have it unlocked (for a fee, of course...:().

The diagnostic access to streaming data and code read/reset is worth the price of a Predator. ;)
