I've purchased another truck (that makes eight now, ahem) anyways it's another 1982 SWB truck with the 6.2L Diesel, at least I get to save on insurance now (haha).
Anyways, it's got my most hated transmission installed in it, the TH350 junker no overdrive vacuum controlled (they make me mad).
I want to put the TH700 back in the truck, which I already have, just need the stuff that goes with it for a 2WD truck.
I need the dampner/weight that goes on the back of the transmission tail housing, looks like a lift point when installed, need all bolts/stuff.
I need a 700r4 dipstick and tube for the 6.2L Diesel engine in a 2WD application.
Out of all the parts/junk I have, these items don't exist within it.
Everything else is still on the truck, and once I remove the engine and fix the knock (looks like broken glow plug tip) and inspect the bottom end, I'll stab the 700R4 in with it.
More about the truck as I progress, it's a neat one with a History, originally owned by a renowned drag racer/funny car dude.
