Brake pulsing

Experiince pulsing of the brake pedal at low speeds on my 2005 GMC 2500 HD Duramax/Allison when I pull up to a stoplight or when in stop and go traffic at speeds less than 5 mph. Is this perhaps the antilock brake sensors being dirty? Is there a soution?

mine was warped rotors..

Do you hear a noise, as well? I did and it was the sensors. As I had just bought the truck, the selling dealer just replaced it no charge. I don't know if it can be cleaned - maybe worth a shot. Maybe the ring is dirty, as well.
