08 Allison recall for TCM flash

I was called by the dealer and informed there is a recall for a TCM flash for the Allison to do with extreme cold weather (-40). I had the truck updated with a TCM flash back in 08. What is this new recall about? The person that called me didn't have much info, just that it had to do with extreme cold weather, and that corrective action must be taken ASAP, and is only offered, no charge, until the end of February.
