Has anyone had any experience with the Rough Country lift kits for the 88-98 trucks?

I'm looking at this one here:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/88-98-GMC-Chevy-Truck-1500-2500-4-Lift-Kit-92-00-Tahoe_W0QQitemZ330311553614QQcmdZViewItemQQptZMoto rs_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories?hash=item3303115536 14&_trksid=p4506.c0.m245&_trkparms=72%3A317%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318

Seems like a pretty good deal....most of the other lift kits for the IFS trucks are around $1300 to $1500.

Put a 2" Rough Country lift, because of the cheap price, on my Sub some 12 years ago with their Heckethorn shocks and the name describes the ride.... Kit included rear blocks and front springs so installation was fairly straight forward. The instructions left out some of the finer details..maybe they've improved on that. Didn't realize just how rough it rode until I installed a BDS 4" lift and shocks about 3 years ago. The ride difference was amazing! BDS is top notch in my book.

I would call around and ask your local 4WD shops for their opinion. Usually, they'll sell multiple brands and they'll give their pros and cons on each.
