my drivers door is sagging and slamming around as i go over bumps.

is there any way of adjusting these.

i loosened the striker and it has zero adjustment and the hinges are glued to the cab so i cant adjust there either.

do i need to just knock out the hinge pins and drill and bush them?

Not uncommon. You need a door hinge kit. There's a website with the complete DIY kits, but don't remember it. Try a search for hinge pin.

You could try your local body shop, they did mine on a couple of trucks. Some truck doors take a special tool to remove the hinge pin. The shop also had a tool/fixture/adapter to hold onto the door as they get aukward when the pins come out. Pin comes out, old bushings get knocked out, new bushings in and replace pin. Done. Go take them to lunch. Ed

I just got done redoing my drivers door a couple of weeks ago. Just replaced teh hinge pin and bushings. good to go. Do a search under hinge pin replacement. Lots of good info on to go about it. It took me about an hour from start to finish.
