Rear Drum to Disk Conversion

Is there a current supplier for the parts necessary for a Drum to Disk conversion on an '84 Silverado?

Many of the newer sites only have 2000+ kits available.

Or is there a whole rear axle that can be used to replace the stock '84 to upgrade to disk?
