power steering/power brakes loss

Hello, today my 1988 6.2l C2500 lost power steering and power brakes. The truck has hydrylic assist, so I'm guessing the PS pump died. It is still spinning, has fluid in it and never made any odd sounds. With truck running if I take PS cap off I don't see any movement to the fluid. Do you think it is the pump or something else? And my guess is that is an expensive pump because of the PB assist.

Easy to replace, and around $75 at NAPA. It sound as though the impeller has broken free of the shaft, so the biggest part of replacement is to flush the system to get rid of metal fines...
