This is being posted for a friend of mine. Their 6.5TD died this last winter and after tearing it apart, I guess a rebuild is mostly out of the question. They're looking for a replacement engine.
The truck is a 1999 GMC K3500 and I'm not sure what range of engine years would work. I also suggested this would be the time for an "upgrade" to a dmax conversion, but that is price-prohitbitive for sure. Hey...it's always easier spending someone else's $$$ :cool:
The last "kicker" is that they're in Alaska...not quite as easy to go a few states over to pick one up :D
