As far as I know, Tirerack is an order outlet only. They don't have a storefront available to the public, and don't install. They do have a list of "cooperatives" the can refer you to for installation, once you've made a purchase, but they are not affiliated.

Check the tire rack website and go to the contact info tab. There it will tell you the location of each distribution center and you can pick-up your order only if you call in your order. I'm guessing that the Nevada site is closest for you.

There are more warehouses than that. They list corporate in Indiana and then Nevada, Louisiana, and Georgia. But if I enter tire information and then check shipping charges they show the tires coming from New Castle, Delaware for me. For that, it would be worth the $84 shipping rather than taking half a day and 200 miles to go get them.

Use that method to see where they'd ship from for you and then give them a call - can't hurt.
