New Dayco, PolyGog Serpentine belt for LB7 engine. Dayco part no: 5061115. I carried this belt in my 2002 for emergency repair if needed. I traded the truck for an 08 and it doesn't fit the new model. If your truck has in excess of 75,000 miles on the original belt then this could be a good buy for you. $20.00 shipped anywhere within the US.
