All,
Just now replacing my last left OEM PMD with the Dipaco replacement. The Tahoe has had one since they first came out: all good so far. As the temps down here have been over 100F for a week, the Burb (on last left OEM PMD) stumbled last night and restarted: Never had that happen before...
As I ordered the new Dipaco unit I found this article;

It's a tough deal in a free market to have a monopoly and then have a competitor effectively kill some of your profit. But after you read this article you have to question Stanadyne's management's motive in the overt and blatant nature of the attempts to scare thier monopolized clients away from Dipaco. It only discourages me that the pump itself is manufactured by these folks after reading this.
