Ultimate Tuning & Performance Module

Has anyone heard of or tried a product sold on EBay called the Ultimate Tuning & Performance module? They advertise a 50hp increase in power and a 5 mpg increase in fuel economy. They advertise that this is done by sending signals to the ECM causing it to reprogram frequently to adjust to conditions. All this of for $34.95! Makes me go hum?

I agree, that is why I asked. If it is out there someone may have tried it, and if it works, the search I did should have turned something up, but it didn't.
