1989, 4x4, 3/4ton
6.2 (NA for now), T400, NP241
bought it already running veggie

backwards to what most people have been telling me, it has more power running the vegetable oil then straight diesel...

YESSSSSSSSSSS a rolling cookery.

I have a friend that dumps just about anything he can find in the tank to stoke the fire.

Straight veggie with a little gasoline or regular diesel to thin the mix some.
Used trany oil (filtered) used engine oil (filtered)

Whatever happens to be handy and will burn goes in the rig. :)

Not a thing wrong with running veggie oil in the Burb.
You are doing your part at recycling left overs :)

Its amazing how much waste oil goes for some sort of fuel.

The giant steam Locomotive that pulled the Freedom train back in 1976/77 is based in Portland and runs the occasional excursion. (SP 4449 )

The crew took a special train to Michigan I believe it was and will be gone all summer.

The engine is being fired with used crankcase oil. About 75000 gallons for the trip across the country and back.

Plus a whole lot of water. :D

Lovely Burb BTW

I have a 91 thats currently powered by a 350 but the plan is to repower with a 6.2 that currently sits in the shop along with a Banks turbo.

Maybe there is a vegetarian in the future ????????? ;)

OH the veggie stuff likely has more BTU's than the thin anemic ULSD (S15)

Have fun

Missy
