Having problem getting the timing correct. i am using GMTD scan tech.
after start: Des timing 8,9 actual 8,6 TDC 0
when starting the procedure, the values goes to zero. If i try to move the IP, nothing happends.
all values remains zero.
I even tried to move the IP without the procedure. moved it to 3,5, but idles poor.
if i try the TDC set it stops.
The code 88, and stepper motor code wont go away.
newer had this codes before.
has also checked the cranksensor all values ok 5v/4v
Could it be the IP is worn that mutch that it cant regulate the TDC.
Because the TDC has been at -0,12 atleast one year.
is it unwise to drive the truck with wrong timing?
I guess if it was the stepper motor i should get i code..
