Location - Raleigh, NC
Price - $2500 obo
Condition - Fair

165,7xxk miles
4L80E
Blue w/ Blue leather interior
Power everything

I'm selling because I need something with 4 doors.

The Good:
-3.42 gears = ~20 mpg on the highway
-2 Optima Red Tops
-Flowmaster 3" downpipe and crossover
-custom 3" from downpipe back (include an empty kitty for the states with visual emissions)
-new injectors w/ marine nozzles (pop tested and set by penn diesel in Harrisburg, PA)
-VIN F intake manifold and inlet (no EGR)
-VIN F ECM chip
-SS Diesel PMD Heatsink mounted under the bumper
-Cylinder heads replaced by previous owner with heads from http://www.cylinder-heads.com/index.cfm
-New SS Diesel PMD
-Turbomaster
-Vacuum pump removed
-New (not Reman'd) alternator
-GMTD Scan Tech from http://www.enghmotors.com/
-Axle seals replaced
-Front and rear pads/shoes/rotors replaced within the last 5k miles
-Dual oil filter relocation to under driver on frame rail (takes 2 stock filters, and they're about 100x easier to get to than the factory location)
-Braided SS oil filter lines
-Braided SS oil cooler lines
-valve cover gaskets replace when injectors were done
-custom K&N intake (similar to the AFE intake)
-2 spare stock PMD's
-#9 resistor (not installed)
-lift pump replaced about 30k miles ago
-manual glow plug and lift pump switches on dash
-60G glow plugs
-glow plug controller replaced about 30k miles ago
-Husky floor mats and center liner
-Driver and passenger door hinge pins replaced
-Front tires have 90% tread left - Firestone Destination AT

The Bad:
-Engine has blowby, seems significant, but it's been that way for the last 30-40k miles and I haven't had any issues.
-Some rust at the bottom of the drivers rear window - there was a repair previously (prior to me owning it) and it has since rusted
-AC works if the compressor is manually powered, but there is an electrical issue somewhere preventing it from working with the factory wiring harness
-Rear tires are due for replacement (I may replace if that is a sticking point for a prospective buyer)
-Cracked windshield (not a problem here in NC)

Here are the RPO codes:

As you can see this is a Z71 even though it doesn't have the decals on the sides.

Very nice! And very tempting - if I didn't already have more projects than I could handle. Robyn is being a bad influence on me for acquiring beasties... ;)
