I have a stock 95 3500 6.5 Turbo Diesel, what would you all recommend for exhaust systems?

Several of the great vendors that advertise here and support the site offer great kits.

3-1/2" will do fine. 4" is better. 5" is overkill on a six and a half diesel.

Banks makes a nice kit complete from downpipe to stainless tail pipe tip.

Bill Heath offers a nice kit and I am sure John Kennedy does too.

Most of the good kits are easy to install and come with all needed hardware.

Beware of the cheapy Ebay stuff as it may or may not fit well or be complete.

A good clean stock Xover pipe will do fine but a mandrel bent one slightly larger than stock is great.

Install a pyro in the LH side of the xover (do it while the pipe is off as any chips left in the pipe can ruin the turbo)

Gauges "Boost and Pyro" are a great addition and needed.

My DaHooooley 3500 4x4 has the Banks kit (came with the truck)
Also has a turbo master and a Heath chip.

Have fun
