The yes is for a service contract. As for the injector warranty, you should be in until 6/13/10 as this warranty was 7 years or 200,000 for #04039B: Special Coverage Adjustment - Injectors-Replace - (Nov 19, 2007). But this bulletin only applies to injector concerns related to high return rates, not smoke. GM looking at this very closely.
