service throttle soon light

I bought a another 2500 with 6.5 turbo. I got this thing up and running after sitting for 3-4 years and she sounds pretty good. The engine quit so they parked it. When I press the pedal the engine RPM only goes to about 1000 rpm. Any ideas where to start?

Sounds like you need to replace the APP, which is the whole petal assembly, as these are drive-by-wire.
