LLY turbo inlet modification

Hello there. I'm new member to Diesel Page. I have been reading a lot and learning quite a bit about my 2004.5 LLY and Diesel engines in general. Lots of fun.

I haven't found any information on how to install the 2006 turbo inlet tube. I noticed that when I tried to install mine with the stock air-box that some modifications need to be made. Before I start making changes I wanted to see what others on the board have come up with or direct me to where this has been discussed before.

Welcome to the board! Do you have photos of both pieces?

I had to bend one of the coolant lines to the EGR cooler for more mouthpiece clearance, not too much and too too hard to do. I have since removed the cooler due to leaking antifreeze through cooler, now have lots of clearance.
