Managed to grease the ujoints on driveshaft to rear diff.
The forward shaft to front diff has U-Joints with less clearance between yokes. My grease fitting/attachments will not fit ... can't grease the forward ujoints. Are there any special grease gun attachments? Any known source for low profile 45-degree 'zirc' fittings i might install? Do i have to remove the forward driveshaft in order to grease the forward U-Joints?? Thanks.

Not sure about the zerts on the front universals but would recommend removing the front driveshaft and getting some grease on the splines. Mine is out now being rebuilt. No zert on the front drive shaft yoke. Not sure yet of the cost but would guess 2-3 hundred. Can't complain shes got 238k. Thanks and good luck. Spencer

Ya what schamp sez

Had to pry my front shaft out when i did the oil lines...then had to use two trucks and chains to separate it and clean the splines - added a couple hours to the job.

The splines don't get worked like on a solid axle. I was not shy with the grease, either.
