I have a hard start issue when the truck is inclinated ( when picking up a boat from the river for example), when it´s horizontal starts fine. Ideas? regards, Daniel

Weak/failed/restricted fuel lift pump (key word LIFT), or fuel system leak allowing fuel to drain back to the tank (introducing air into the system).

On your 1995 (unique to this year model), you can easily test the fuel lift pump operation. Set parking brake (and/or chock the wheels), turn key to "run" (not start), place tranny selector to D (prevents engine cranking), then turn key to "start". The lift pump should run, and you can test for flow/pressure without running the engine. Check at the water drain line, it should flow a steady stream and develop 4 PSI or more.

Check that the fuel lift pump is working properly, to troubleshoot this visit the search on the forum and perform an advanced search on lift pump operation or diagnosis.

Otherwise, it could be an air issue, where the fuel filter housing has air in it at the top (not fully primed). Your fuel level, or fuel pickup in the tank might be of concern.
